I played a pivotal role in designing both the internal platform, tailored for developers, and the Supervisor platform, utilized by customer support supervisors to train the AI.
Salesforce acquired Airkit's AI platform to integrate it into their solution. I am currently a member of the team tasked with seamlessly integrating this service into the Salesforce ecosystem.
